ABOUT THE LIBRARY:
The Baden Memorial Library recently installed
new carpeting and is in the process of installing
Link-to-Learn computers through the Ambridge Area
School District.
The library receives financial support from the
Borough of Baden, Ambridge Area School District, Beaver
County and the state of Pennsylvania. Many people
and organizations support the library through donations
and memorials. Thanks to the hard work of the local
McDonald's restaurant, two successful fund raisers
have been held in the past few years.
The library building is built around the town
war memorial. The local American Legion decorates
the outside for holidays. The library building itself
is owned by the Borough of Baden and the Borough's
maintenance trucks are stored beneath the library.
The Borough takes care of all major repairs inside
and outside the library.

Regular monthly board meetings are held the first
Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Library and
are open to the public. (No meetings in July and August)
New trustees are appointed in January and new officers
are elected in January.
