Children Reading to Dogs
The "Paws for Reading" program is designed to help and encourage children to read aloud, improve reading skills, and increase self-confidence.
The library will hold two "Paws for Reading" sessions on the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm.
About Teddy:
Teddy is a three-year old Basenji and certified TDI (Therapy Dog International) therapy dog. Teddy would like to listen to stories read by children who are ages 6 and up.
Call or visit the library to register your child as a reader. |
